Red Colony- The best site for discussion of Mars on the internet.  Possesses a great forum as well as work submitted by users including myself.

The MarsDrive Consortium- Website of a group originally based in Red Colony dedicated to, among other things, raising public support for Martian colonization.

Space.com- Probably one of the best sites for space in general.

Solstation- A site with abundant information on many stars including orbital animations.  Also has many good links.
 
Scientific American- The magazine's website, very good.

Epona Project- A site dealing exclusively with a feasible extrasolar world and its native life.

Life on Planet Furaha- A very nice site similar to the last, but in my opinion, better and more original.

Orion's Arm- A massive sci-fi project that is both realistic and highly original.

ArcBuilders Universe- Another sci-fi project that equally as interesting, which I have made some contributions to.

Terragen
- Source of a very nice terrain-rendering program.

Solar Voyager- A site with tons of great space art from many artists.

Extrasolar Visions- Mostly info on known extrasolar planets, but has a great artwork page as well.

Digital Blasphemy- You need to pay to fully enjoy the site, but even what little free items you can get are incredible.
